Hi, I am Berta and the Director of BeeUtiful Minds. I have a BA in Psychology and have been working in childcare for the past 8 years. I am also a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Parenting is the most wonderful and humbling journey I have taken. It made me reconsider everything I thought I knew about the world, it broke me to pieces and rebuilt me into a kinder, happier, stronger woman.
It's only when I discovered my parenting tribe that I have fully embraced the journey I was offered.
My aim is to help bring together tribes, build & share knowledge and experience and advocate for diversity so that other families can start enjoying their journey sooner. I believe that only together we can build a better tomorrow for our beeutiful children.

My name is Cathy, and I have been working in childcare for over 12 years. I love getting to know each child—their interests, personalities, and unique strengths—and incorporating those passions into their daily learning and play. With extensive experience in managing childcare operations, I’ve had the opportunity to help grow a school-age childcare business from the ground up. I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent children, finding joy in creating environments where they can thrive.
Horses are my other great passion. I am leading the Therapeutic Riding program as I am finalising my certification as a Therapeutic Riding Coach, QQI Level 6 with Festina Lente. I have three horses and two dogs, and I also serve as the Health & Safety Officer for a local riding club. My goal is to bring my love for horses and my dedication to children’s well-being together, creating enriching experiences for all.

My name is Megan and I am a dedicated professional with a dual passion for law and horses. I hold both a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) LLB and a Master of Laws LL.M. I am delighted to assist BeeUtiful Minds with compliance, policies, procedures, and administration, ensuring that the organization maintains the highest standards as it continues to grow.
Beyond my legal experience, I have 15 years of hands-on experience with horses, and I believe I am a true equestrian at heart. I have taught riding lessons to children, sharing my knowledge and love for horses with younger riders. I also take great pride in looking after my own horses!
I am passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves, whether it’s in the arena or through my support of BeeUtiful Minds. I am enthusiastic about contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering families and fostering connections. As BeeUtiful Minds continues to grow, I am excited to play a key role in ensuring that it remains a nurturing and supportive environment, where both children and adults can thrive on their BeeUtiful journey.

My name is Danielle, and I have been working in childcare for over 7 years. My passion for working with children began at a young age, inspired by watching my mother, who dedicated much of her career to childcare. Spending time with her at work sparked my love for this field, and it’s been my calling ever since. I absolutely love listening to children’s jokes and made-up stories, drawing and singing with them, and becoming part of their imaginative play.
I believe that every child is incredible just as they are, and they often become our best teachers—if we take the time to truly listen.
I’m excited to work alongside families and children, supporting them in discovering just how joyful and magical childhood can be!

I’m a neurodivergence coach, passionate about helping families create neuro-affirmative homes. As an autistic person with ADHD and giftedness, and a mother of two neurodivergent children, I deeply understand both the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence.
Discovering my own neurodivergence in adulthood was life-changing, sparking my passion for learning and advocacy. I hold a Master’s in Education with expertise in Emotional Intelligence, alongside specialised training in Sensory Processing, Giftedness, Autism, Trauma, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I’m also a certified Neurodivergence Coach, Positive Discipline Educator, with child safeguarding certification.
I love learning, reading, and hosting my podcasts—Café Neurodivergente and Neurodivergent Mums: The Podcast—where I explore neurodivergence-related topics. I’ve also developed a sensory jewellery line for adults and children, designed to support emotional and sensory regulation.
My goal is to equip neurodivergent families with practical tools to build a balanced, respectful, and affirming home where every member feels understood and supported.

Hi, my name is Lauren. I have over 5 years of experience working in childcare, which has allowed me to connect with and support a diverse range of children. I am a qualified Special Needs Assistant (SNA), and I am passionate about creating spaces where every child feels valued and accepted. I strongly believe that children are perfect just as they are, and I take pride in embracing each child’s unique personality and needs.
Getting to know each child is a joy for me—I love finding out what makes them light up, whether it’s a favorite game, hobby, or subject. I use those interests to build trust and create a connection, helping children feel comfortable and excited to learn and explore. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can feel free to be themselves, make discoveries, and grow with confidence.
I am dedicated to fostering a sense of curiosity and wonder, encouraging children to be proud of who they are, and supporting them every step of the way. I’m looking forward to continuing this rewarding journey with the families and children I work with, creating joyful and enriching experiences for all.

My name is Amy, I’m a QQI level 6 qualified early years educator. I grew up in a large family and have always loved interacting with children. When I had my own daughter it put everything into perspective and I decided to follow my dream in achieving a career working with children, following in my own mam’s footsteps also.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment to encourage children to flourish and achieve their full potential. I believe in supporting children’s needs and emotions how they need it most to ensure their wellbeing and self esteem thrive everyday.
I’m also an avid animal and nature lover, I’ve been involved with horses from a young age and have owned and fostered all sorts of small furries. I’m delighted to be able to combine my two passions in my career! I hope to use my passion and enthusiasm to enrich the children's experience and inspire their own learning.

Hi, my name is Shauna. I began studying childcare in 2024, a passion I have had since a very young age. Last year, I started my work experience at BeeUtiful Minds, where I fell in love with its concept. I knew I wanted to continue my career here after completing my qualification, so I began working part-time—both on the yard and with the children.
Horses are another great passion of mine, as they have a profound impact on both physical and emotional well-being. I currently own one horse, one dog, and four cats.
I am incredibly excited to combine my two greatest passions in my career.
